There were no vehicles in front of the vehicle, there were no road hazards and the roadway was straight. Other vehicles needed to take evasive action to avoid a collision during the unnecessary braking and while regaining speed after the system deactivated.   The vehicle has been inspected and no fault codes were found. This is the second occurrence of the issue. The manufacturer was notified after the first instance and was inspected at a Honda dealer.
