I contacted a dealer and they said they would contact me after the part is available.  They have done nothing, the defective air bag is still in the car, the company still explains that the airbag can cause serious injury to occupants, and I still drive my family in the car.  Now they are suggesting that because the car is nearing 15 years old they may disregard the risk to my family and not take responsibility for the defective air bag.  The car has been to the shop, but their current web site does not clearly say, in plain language, that the air bag has been replaced.  The language is not written so that an average prudent person can understand.  I would like, in straight forward and unambiguous language, to know what the status is with the car.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2007","productMake":"AUDI","productModel":"A4","manufacturer":"Volkswagen Group of America, Inc."}]}]}
