It appears the fan shroud got sucked into the fan causing pieces of the shroud to get thrown into the radiator, which in turn destroyed the radiator and leaked all the coolant onto the ground. A quick google search shows this seems to be an extremely common issue with these trucks. It seems that the design of the shroud is poor and should be remedied by the manufacturer. With such a sudden failure this left me stranded just over the top of a hill in the middle of the road with no safe place to pull over, creating a serious hazard.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2014","productMake":"RAM","productModel":"2500","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
