I had a diagnostic done on my truck to troubleshoot issue and the code was P0720.  Ford issued a recall on Lincoln Navigator built between April 11, 2011 through August 19, 2013. My truck was built October 2013 and Tom Wood Ford of Indianapolis Indiana  states my vehicle does not qualify for the recall and they want $1400.00 to repair the same issue as the recall notice.  I was under the assumption that If an affected vehicle exhibits an illuminated malfunction indicator light (MIL) and/or wrench light in the instrument cluster with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0720, P0722, P0731 and/or P1500 stored in the PCM, dealers are to replace the molded leadframe and this service must be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.  I believe Ford/Lincoln still installed the faulty recalled parts on all Lincoln Navigators that were  built the whole year in 2013.  I would like for this expensive repair to be covered under the Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 19N01.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2014","productMake":"LINCOLN","productModel":"NAVIGATOR","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
