Lexus service advisers insisted the ac drainage line was clogged by a spiderweb but the picture they took didn\u2019t show any spiderweb. After researching many Lexus forums, it seems like a common problem and many other people were given the same excuse of a spiderweb clogging the drainage line that also resulted in mold. Lexus doesn\u2019t seem to want to take responsibility for the problem and rather blame a spider. They estimated $10,000 to replace the carpet and fix the problem.
