I first became aware of the problem as I was entering a freeway and nearly caused an accident.  I scheduled service at my GMC dealership but had to wait two weeks for an appointment.  The system stared working again just before the appointment and the dealer service department could not find a problem.  My neighbor's 2021 GMC Acadia has the same issue.
