When starting from an intersection it will lose all power and a turtle icon shows up on the screen and the car will not move more than 5 MPH.  After rolling to a stop, and restarting the car drives okay.  Then a few days or a week, month later, it happens again.  Also, the PCM repeatedly weekly, fails to boot up and I have no backup camera or controls of the car.
