The dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the failure was associated with an unknown Ford Technical Service Bulletin that had already expired. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000. The consumer stated the new charger cords  couldn't be plugged into outlets due to the new design configuration.
