We drove for an hour to the dealership, only to be told they did not have the parts on   hand, we were told to make another appointment.  we said we would that when they had the psrts on hand. We have not heard anything so I called the service dept. this morning. the first thing I was told was they are an independent dealership? I explained the situation and was told I should call the service dept. and order the parts. I am not responsible for obtaining parts for a recall.
