I had the truck into the shop for an unrelated issue when the service tech discovered holes in the vehicle frame. The technician was uncomfortable working on the vehicle on the lift because it is a safety hazard. Toyota claims my vehicle was not included in any of the previous frame recalls or service programs, and while bad steel is a known issue with Toyota, they are unwilling to replace the frame on my truck because all previous recalls were VIN specific. My vehicle has no surface rust, but has enough frame corrosion to deter trained service technicians from working on it. If the frame is unsafe to be working on, it is unsafe to put my family in, and Toyota is permitting the sale and use of unsafe vehicles.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2010","productMake":"TOYOTA","productModel":"TUNDRA","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
