The contact stated that while in reverse(R) an abnormal dragging sound was coming from the vehicle while depressing the brake pedal. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer on three separate occasions however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. On the fourth occasion, the contact was advised by her husband to have the dealer check the brake rotors and calipers. The dealer then discovered that the parts were defective, and the parts were replaced; however, after the repair was performed the failure persisted. The manufacturer had been notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
