The car shows no signs that it has turned off or warnings that it has shifted gears on its own. I have to manually change gear to drive to get the car to move. I am aware that the recall was done for this issue but there has been no successful resolution to the problem. The car was taken to Rusnak Pasadena on July 21, 2021 and since they could not duplicate the concern, there was nothing done. The car was then taken to Maserati of Puente Hills as the issue continued. As per the dealership, on their maserati system, it shows that my car did not qualify for their recall and it would not be considered to be a manufacturing issue.
