Recall has been out since November 12th 2012 and through Nhtsa it shows that it can be completed. I've talked with Ram recall assistance and they state that this truck is not able to have the recall completed and I asked for a buy back and they said I need to talk with my local dealer to start that process. I called our local dealer and they said they have never heard of that and are unable to help. They did say they have the part in stock to complete the recall however Ram will not release it to the 2019's and they can only do the 2020's recall which is the same thing.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"RAM","productModel":"3500","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
