I was placing my grandchild in the rear passenger seating area when I closed the door, drove to the local market and was unable to open the door from the inside of the cabin or from the outside. I tried several times to use the unlock button and the door still did not open. No dashboard warnings came on before or after the failure. I took the vehicle to the dealership, they were also UNABLE to open the door after several attempts and was told by the mechanic that the door actuator was defective and to fix the problem would cause SEVERE damage to in the inside of the door.  I then contacted the manufacturer and was told they have not heard of this issue and no active recalls are listed for my concern.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"INFINITI","productModel":"QX60","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
