The radio and the vehicle operation functions will not work most of the time.  The screen is also apparently sensing input and randomly initiates functions so it beeps, changes stations, adjusts heating/cooling, etc. This is very distracting and I'm concerned that at some point all of these functions will become inaccessible. The car has 5,000 miles, is barely over 3 years old and neither the dealership nor Chrysler will take responsibility. I see this issue is very common. The cost of the radio is over $2,000 and Chrysler will not confirm if the replacement is the same version that came with the car - if so, should I expect to pay another $2,000 in 3 years?!?","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"DODGE","productModel":"CHARGER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
