Due to safety policy's they could not remount my tires or pout new tires on the wheels... I was stuck so I called GM to discuss. GM opened a case for me and said that is all they could do at the time. I purchased new wheels to get the car back on the road and waited for GM to call. They never did so I called and the customer service lady set up an appointment at the nearest dealer to inspect the cracked wheels. I traveled to the the dealer for the appointment and of coarse they didn't know anything about the GM ticket and sent me away. I called GM again and set me up another appointment with a different dealer and assured me the issue would get resolved. I traveled to the 2nd dealer and they didn't know anything about the GM ticket and then said if they were to look at the wheels they would have to be mounted on the car. I left and GM called me the next day and the ladt informed me that my claim / ticket was denied and will be closed out. I asked how could you deny the claim when you never even looked or inspected them?! The wheels should not be on the road and this is an ongoing issue with the C7 Grand Sport's and Z06.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"CORVETTE","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
