Inspection of my vehicle is welcome for study on the seatbelts.    On arrival to destinations, seatbelt or seatbelts will lock, and unable to release from the the button-press mechanism. Myself or passenger will then need to climb out of the belt from the bottom or top of restraint.    Another note for safety hazards is the struggle to get back into the contraption isn’t time worthy- traveling from destinations sitting over top of seatbelts is an issue- a life or death situation.   As there has not been physical altercations yet- I am concerned of the seatbelts locking and the mechanism button to unleash seatbelts fail, putting safety at risk for all passengers.  The vehicle typically passes inspection, as for the malfunctions don’t happen while being inspected.
