Mostly at startup for first time during morning.  But also when starting car after use earlier in the day. The smell dissipates after 10 minutes or so. Especially if I roll down windows to let in fresh air. Please let me know how address because dealer will not see issue as it does not occur with a defined pattern that I recognize. I did notice that when the gas tank was near empty the smell was very strong - and I was driving car for several minutes before the odor started.
