I brought the car in and the dealership replaced the wipers.   The chattering started again shortly after, then the dealership polished the windshield. It worked well for about 2-3 weeks and now the wipers are starting to streak and chatter again.  I have a third appointment to have the windshield re-polished and wipers replaced, again.   I have no faith this will fix the issue since its been done before.
