The contact then stated that she then depressed the accelerator pedal when the front end of the vehicle crashed into the embankment and then spun the vehicle in the opposite direction. The air bags failed to deploy. No injuries were sustained. No medical attention was required. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an Auto repair shop where the diagnoses could not be determined. The vehicle was then towed to the dealer where no diagnoses had yet been performed however, the contact was informed that the recalls were being repaired.
