I am uncertain of the cause. It happens randomly & sometimes several times a day. Problem started right after I received the vehicle from the dealership. I have couple of videos of the issues & I can share if requested. I took the vehicle to the dealership & they updated software of the vehicle but it didn\u2019t not resolve the problem.
