Upon investigation the rear left wheel is cracked.   This is unsafe as the rapid pressure loss or splitting of a wheel can happen at interstate speeds. This can cause an accident.  The problem was confirmed by a tire service center. It has not been inspected by anyone other than myself and the tire center.
