It is available for inspection upon request. I see that the Chevy Silverado has the same problem and that a recall exists for it, but not for the GMC Sierra, which is virtually the same truck.  My safety or the safety of others can be put at risk if the frame were to fail. The problem has not been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center. The vehicle or component has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others. Unknown about any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem.
