Could not turn off vehicle.  Had to restart Volt, then take out of park, but back in park and message disappeared and was able to safely leave vehicle.This happened approximately 6 times in one outing.  Also somehow the electric parking brake light came on the dash console but I had not applied the parking brake yet!!   No symptoms, warning lamps, or messages before this happened.
