Out of the blue, the brake actuator started activating every 10 seconds (and even runs for a while once car is shut off) and there is a noise coming from brake pedal area when depressed. Lexus had previously recalled some 2010 HS 250 cars for brake booster pump issues. My VIN was not part of the recall; I dreaded this day would come. Toyota/Lexus is well aware of the brake booster pump issues in their hybrids. Dealer confirmed the issue and now it will cost me $3500 to have a problem fixed that Lexus should have handled a long time ago. I've contacted Lexus corporate and they will not fix the car. I hope the NHTSA will look into all the complaints about this issue and 2010 HS 250h cars. Lexus needs to step up and issue another recall.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2010","productMake":"LEXUS","productModel":"HS","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
