I believe it's the Electric power assist system that has a recall with the 2014 Lincoln MKZ not the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid.  For example, Hill Start Assist Not Available, Check Adaptive Headlamps etc.  This started December 1, 2022, and has been an on-going issue.
