I have contacted GM customer service and spoke to 3 different representatives and requested an escalation to a Senior Advisor, which i was told could take up to 4 days to hear back. the vehicle has 800 miles and is 1 month old, this has occurred 4 times. it has not been looked at by the manufacturer as i am waiting for return communication. Other than no sound, everything else on the touch screen seemed to be working normal, but im no technician to determine that. i feel this is a safety concern as i travel with my 13 month old daily.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"GMC","productModel":"SIERRA 1500","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
