Because water randomly dumps into the vehicle on the passengers from the roof AC unit.! On one occasion going down the highway at night it dumped water on a newborn baby in a car seat causing us to pull off onto the side of the highway at night in an emergency fashion. It has been into the dealership countless times for the same problem and has supposedly been fixed every time. but it has never truly been fixed and it\u2019s still a problem. I am currently being told to just keep bringing it in every time it happens or year. The water then started seeping through the cracks in the air conditioner filling up the interior dome lights. And now is seeping out between the headliner, staining everything. I have been told things like there was a hole without caulking, there wasn\u2019t a screen on the filter, they forgot a gasket, it was the rainwater, it was condensation buildup. The gasket can\u2019t stand the Arizona sun. But Whatever issues may have been fixed. It never solved the problem It continues to be on going.
