I feel like if there is a recall for our ECM and our fuel pump that a recall is a recall.    I need to talk to someone to make a complaint.  This is ridiculous i have never had a problem with any of my Toyotas and I feel there is a defective part for my 2018 Toyota Tundra if you google my truck make and model it does show there is a recall for my truck regardless of mileage.
