There is a cheap plastic piece that holds the headrest in place which just explodes without any impact or accident.  \"The Mercedes class action lawsuit was filed by four plaintiffs who claim the NECK-PRO active headrests are defective because the activate head restraints allegedly deploy without crash impacts.\"  The car was parked in each of the incidents. One hit my passenger in the head. The driver side headrest exploded today when I moved the seat.
