Dealership confirmed the cause was due to a poor manufacture weld.   The dealership has replaced the exhaust once, and this time the manufacturer is only agreeing to pay a portion of the cost.  It was replaced less than two years ago and the car is driven less than 12,000 mi a year.   Safety issue- because the piece that holds the exhaust together is welded on poorly (please see picture) and easily falls off. This is also a serious health hazard because when there are cracks in the exhaust fumes are inhaled.   I would appreciate it if NHTSA would investigate this issue, as my next step is to file a lemon law claim.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"CAMARO","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
