Reported the issue to Porsche helpline and they arranged the vehicle pickup from my home same day and the car was serviced at Paul Miller Porsche dealership in Parsippany, NJ. They charged the 12V battery, updated the software and returned after 3 days. The big battery had around 35% charge when it happened.
