The Remedy has been identified as dealers installing metal foil on the carpet near the pretensioner exhaust. Certain vehicles will also need a pretensioner cover installed. It was said that a remedy would be available at dealerships around 1/30/2023. It is now 3/10/2033 nearly three months after the remedy was identified, and it's still not possible to get it repaired at dealerships.
