They called me and said there is no recall for this and not under warranty so nothing they can do. They mentioned submitting issue to this site: \"2015 Murano, water leak that collects on the floor of the driver's side front and back and trunk in the area of the spare tire. Couldn't figure out why for 2 years. Finally took to auto body place tried flushing out moon roof drain. Okay for a month then 2 days of downpours & all 3 areas had lakes in them. Musty/moldy smell was so bad I had to rip out all of the carpeting of the car in those areas & had a pro car detailer do an ozone treatment & detailing. Hopefully the mold issue is a little better after this & scrubbing everywhere in the car w/ Clorox/water mix. The smell seems better and we are able to garage it now, but still can\u2019t drive the car in heavy rains, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. Since this is an obvious manufacturer defect, and not from normal wear & tear of driving a car, in this happening and causing all of this damage to my car, even though I am not under warranty as I have 109,000 miles on the car, Nissan needs to fully take care of this issue for me for free and repay me the $150 for what the autobody place did and $150 for the detailing and then a guarantee that I will not have water issues from there. Replacing the carpeting and making sure I have no mold issues in the car moving forward needs to be part of this as well, as my wife has asthma and this is beyond ridiculous with the health issue concerns caused by this manufacturer defect. This is also ridiculous that I have to cut and rip the carpets out of my car and have mold issues with such a large company that should have put a recall out on this defect years ago. I now see complaints all over the internet about this same issue for this same model and year car, with no resolution from Nissan from any that I saw of other people having the same issue and trying to fix the issue themselves. How can there not be a recall to fix this?\"","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"MURANO","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
