I have just left work and was 2 miles down the street. My rear window completely exploded. Glass flew everywhere. The noise was so loud that it caused ear pain. I have requested a complete inspection from the dealership along with a review of the EDR system and SDR. This happened on Wednesday 3/15. I am concerned this was electrical given the car had only been turned on for 3 minutes and i was at a complete stop with ZERO impact. I am concerned for this to happen again with my children in the car or for the possibility of a short circuit affecting the airbags, additional window, breaks, anything else. I have submitted videos and photos to the dealership to review and as you can see the points are at the electrical boxes on the left and right side of the window.
