The jolting issues on my 2019 Mercedes Benz A220 4 matic have never been fixed. I am afraid to drive because I am a young woman, and I cannot afford to get a new car due to financial issues. I have been without a car for several weeks because they haven't been able to fix the same issue. In addition, I have had to request Mercedes loaner cars consistently when my vehicle is being repaired. I want this to be over and to have my car fixed for good. It has caused me emotional and mental distress to have to pay for rentals when they don't have loaner cars. Mercedes has found the issue, however, the problem will return. I have been to their locations approximately 10 times due to this issue, and I feel there is never a resolution. It has been evident each time I visit Mercedes Benz that they don't care about me as a client. The whole process of trying to \"fix\" the jolting issue has taken nearly over a month, which has become unbearably stressful for me.
