The car stopped and it would not move forward. The car was towed to the Mercedes Benz dealership and it was discovered that front differential was broken. The car has 55k original miles and it's maintained very well. There was no warming light on the dashboard to indicate this problem. If the car was traveling at speed of 55 or 65 mph, it could have caused a catastrophe. This is very unusual for front differential to break. This needs to be investigated by NHTSA and I'm sure there are other customer that run into this issue. Since the car out of manufacture warranty, Mercedes Benz covered the cost of the part, but I had to pay for the labor which was a lot. The dealership admitted that it was unusual for the front differential to break specially for Mercez Benz car.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"MERCEDES-BENZ","productModel":"GLC300","manufacturer":"Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC"}]}]}
