Removed gas cap and put it back on.  Removed cables to the battery and left them off.  Replaced battery cables.  Lights remain on.  Went to dealership and they charged $100 to scan vehicle.  They don't know what's wrong and said it'd be another $800 to check further.  They said maybe a rodent had chewed through a cable???  Have seen several reports of this vehicle condition and the battery cable resetting took care of the problem a lot of the time.  Not this time.  Don't feel comfortable A. driving the truck with these lights on and B. Don't feel comfortable with handing over $800 for them to look into it.
