Ever since the 2021 recall \"fix\", we've been having intermittent issues with two errors; service stabilitrak light and loss of power steering in the truck. This poses major safety issues as my wife is not strong enough to drive without power steering. Once the vehicle is turned off, it resets and the other goes away, but comes back randomly while driving. Latest incident listed below. We've had it looked at multiple times just to have an inability to reproduce the issue at the dealership or shop, except for this most recent time. They said the fix that was done for the safety recall in 2021 didn't actually fix the issue, which was the steering rack needing replaced at $1600. It's unbelievable to think the GM will not actually fix a known safety issue across many Colorados and Canyons (quick Internet search will prove the vastness of the issue). As you can see from the uploaded recall letter, this is the exact issue that still has not been addressed with a fix.
