I just had my car at the same dealership on 1/26/2023 and was told that everything was fine with my car. The problem started in March and I just had gotten gas, so I thought it was bad gas and needed to drive it out. But when I finally driven it out and got more from another station the problem persist. During this time my service engine light did not come on, my car did not run hot nor did it smoking and it only has 77k. I am the original owner of this car and could not believe that the lifecycle of this luxury car is only 7 years, so I reached out to infiniti consumer affairs on 4/10/2023 for help to make sure that this is not a manufacturers defect. I was told by the representative that opened a case for me to have my car towed to another dealership for a second opinion which I did on 4/11/2023. My infiniti dealership advisor called me on 4/12/2023 and said that it would be $3000 to do a deep dive into the motor, so I called infiniti consumer affairs back and after the new representative came up to speed on my case, I was told that they would not help me with find the cause of this leakage. My warranty just expired on 12/19/2022 and I feel completely blindsided because when I purchase my brand new infifniti qx60 I thought I was purchasing a reliable car that I would have for longer than the 2004 nissan sentra that I traded in after having it for 11 years.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"INFINITI","productModel":"QX60","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
