Because of this defect the system takes control of the infosystem switching between screens and options and as it gets worse it could possibly get into the power modes and other engine controls by itself without the driver knowing along with taking control of heating, cooling, lights and other safety features on the car itself without the driver knowing. Besides being annoying this is a huge safety concern that they are well aware of as there is extensive back ordering of replacement systems. In the dealership I go to they have 24 replacement units on back order. At roughly $1,800 per unit the company won't take responsibility for this defect.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"DODGE","productModel":"CHALLENGER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
