A secondary flame source could cause a significant fire risk.  Issue is being investigated by local VW dealer.  There are no warning lamps or messages prior to the failure.  Dealer recommends a replacement of the charcoal filter and N80 valve in order to have the ability to test the fuel pressure and fuel pump.  My particular VIN number is not part of an existing recall on the fuel pump where fuel leak, bad charcoal canister, and N80 valve are symptomatic (secondary failures) of a bad fuel pump (primary failure).  I question if the parts under the existing recall should be expanded to include a larger population.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2016","productMake":"VOLKSWAGEN","productModel":"GOLF","manufacturer":"Volkswagen Group of America, Inc."}]}]}
