In this position, it is not possible to drive safely. When the visor will not hold its position, a person is forced to put the visor against the Driver side window. That might be fine out on the open highway, but it is not safe for driving around city streets. There has been low usage of this visor since this vehicle rolled off the dealer lot 4 months ago. The dealer claims outside use caused the visor to be inoperable.
