As he did this the brake pedal went completely to the floor and brake system did not stop or slow down at all, allowing him to hit the vehicle in front of him. I have taken it to State Line Nissan in Rhode Island to have it inspected, they said they could find nothing wrong with it. I also contacted Nissan Consumer complaint department and got a negative response from someone telling me how good they are at their job after I explained to them what happened. They kept telling me I was changing my story. They also told me according to the manual that is normal and told me they we're sending it back to my insurance company with a pompus attitude. I have talked to a Nissan teaching technician that teaches the mechanics and was told that is not supposed to happen and anyone who tells me otherwise does not know what they are talking about. Prior to this, about a week before, State Line Nissan had done a brake system flush while changing the oil. I feel that I am not the only one who has had this problem. Does the NHTSA ID# 22V549000 issued July7, 2022 affect this vehicle?  I would like to get to the bottom of this, the vehicle is drivable but might not pass inspection next month as I have not had it repaired yet.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"ROGUE","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
