This backed up rainwater then spills into the vehicle, onto the visors and even onto the driver and front seat passnger's heads.  It distracts the driver, runs down and soaks the headliner and posts, and it will sooner or later penetrate the dashboard electrical systems causing all kinds of short circuits and danger. In my case, the dealer, several years ago, cleared out the internal weep-hole drain tubes using compressed air. But it now continues to flood, especially during a sudden heavy rainstorm.
