It was during rush hour, so luckily, due to traffic, I was only driving between 20-30mph. The car in front of me was at a safe distance and nothing passed in front that would have been a cause for the emergency brakes to be activated. This is extremely dangerous and could have resulted in a very bad multi-vehicle collision had the car behind me been just slightly closer. This is the second time that this has happened. The first time I was driving down a local street doing approximately 15mph, no rain, no debris in the road, and out of nowhere the emergency brake activated and brought me to a full stop.
