Base on the distance my contract states I can pick a closer location.  When I contacted Bill Walsh Kia in Ottawa, Illinois. Service department stated they can not find the recall in there system, so they can't fix the recall. Their explanation was that my car had done made in Korea a Kia motor corporation. So I'd have to take it to Korea to get it fixed.   Please advise on fixing recalls for this car. I didn't know this would be an issue when I purchased it.
