Many cars of this generation (S60, S80, XC90, etc) have had the seals break, causing extreme water leakage as mine has had. And the possibility of the windshield falling out. Mine is bad enough that pushing it lightly from the inside to create a significant gap in the window and the frame of the A pillar. There are many forums and reports of this exact problem and Volvo has yet to voluntarily recall these cars. Many people have reported it to many dealers, but all say they cant replace them. This problem definitely puts the driver and other people in the cabin in danger. And no warning lights go off in relation to the problem.
