Mercedes-Benz dealer technicians acknowledged the issue following an inspection of the engine and turbo. Despite this, they recommended reporting the problem to Mercedes Corp. and maintaining that the sound is normal, even suggesting it is common in the GLE model.  Given the potential implications for road safety, I kindly request your investigation into this matter to discern whether it's an isolated or systemic issue.
