Also the steering is off center and wheel turns left and right when brakes applied and when going over bumps.  I had steering and shocks and struts replaced and adjusted as well as alignments done problems still there. I had those parts replaced due to originally having problems with handling.  I took car back to adjust twice still have problem.  The noise is still there at start too.
